Breakers West is on the Gulf-side of West Gulf Drive, perpendicular to, and 100 yards from, our private Gulf beach.  Our screened-in lanai overlooks lush lawns and landscaping.  Sanibel's biking-hiking, shared-use path lies just across the street, parallel to West Gulf Drive.  Attractions, restaurants and shopping are minutes away.  For directions, please click on the map, below.
