Check-in Time: 3 p.m. EST; Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. EST. Please notify us if you wish to arrive early (or stay late on the beach!), as it may be possible to arrange for early and/or late check-in/-out.
Extended Holiday Stays: 3-night minimum stay required for Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Occupancy: No more than six (6) adults will be permitted to stay overnight, in accordance with condominium association rules and local/county/state ordinances.
Taxes: Florida state tax, plus Lee County lodging tax, will be added to above rates.
Deposit Policy: A deposit consisting of one (1) night's rental will be charged at time of booking reservation. Such deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the owner(s), in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, below.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least twenty-one (21) days before arrival during the Christmas-New Year's holiday season (approx. December 17-January 1) and Peak Season (approx. February 1-April 15); and at least fourteen (14) days before arrival at all other times. Please contact us for specific dates.
Payment: Payments accepted in the form of personal check, certified check, cash, PayPal. We are looking into the possibility of accepting payments by credit card -- kindly inquire.
Smoking is not permitted in B-2.
Pets are not permitted, in accordance with condominium association rules.
