The "Fine Print" Check-In Time: 3 p.m. EST; Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. EST. Those arriving early (or staying later on the beach!) are welcome to use "Plum.com", a private room with facilities at the Waterside Inn. Extended Holiday Stays: 3-night minimum stay required for Christmas and New Year's; 7-night minimum stay is required for Easter. Additional Persons: Above rates are based on 4-person occupancy. There is an additional charge of $20 U.S. per additional adult. No charge for children under 16. Taxes: Florida state tax, plus Lee County lodging tax, will be added to above rates. Deposit Policy: One night charged at time of booking reservation. Payment Policy: Payment on arrival, June 1 until the start of the December holiday season. Payment in full 30 days in advance, December holiday season through May 31. Kindly inquire for exact dates. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival from March 1 through May 31, and at least 7 days before arrival from June 1 until the start of the December holiday season.
