The "Fine Print"

  • Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. EST

  • Check-Out Time is 11:00 a.m. EST

  • Please notify us if you wish to arrive early (or stay late on the beach!), as it may be possible to arrange for early and/or late check-in/-out.

  • Occupancy: No more than five (5) persons will be permitted to stay overnight, in accordance with condominium association rules and local/county/state ordinances.

  • Taxes: Florida state tax, plus Lee County lodging tax, will be added to nightly rates, above.

  • Deposit Policy: A deposit consisting of one (1) night's rental will be charged at time of booking reservation. Such deposit may be refunded at the discretion of the owner(s), in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, below.

  • Cancellation Policy: During Peak Season and holidays, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least thirty (30 days prior to arrival.

  • Smoking is not permitted in B-2.

  • Pets are not permitted, in accordance with condominium association rules.
